Qualifications
- High School Diploma or higher
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid license with clean driving record
- Comply with requirements and pre-hire screening
- Regular lifting or carrying of 20 to 50 pounds
- Frequent use of hands, sitting, talking, hearing, and standing throughout the day
- Climbing, reaching above shoulder height, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling frequently
- Working 8 hour days and possibly overtime based on job required needs

Skills
- Best Practices: Maintain a professional appearance and always adhere to safety policies
- Reporting: Secure accurate documentation of project status, field data, and scope of completion.
- Technical Proficiency: Assist team members with loading and unloading work vehicles, setting up, assembling, and disassembling equipment required for project tasks
- Coordination: Update project schedules, coordinate technician calendars, and communicate project expectations and commitments.
- Engagement: Show engagement with colleagues through active participation on-the job training, learning TAB terminology, and proactively assisting with tasks
- Safety: Demonstrate ladder safety, proper use of tools, and adherence to OSHA safety requirements.
- Field Expertise: Perform accurate measurements, troubleshoot systems, and ensure proper documentation
- Equipment Handling: Know how to use flow hoods, wrist reporters, transductors, and other test instruments
- Data Recording: Read and record CFM, air pressures, velocity, and temperatures accurately
- Mechanical Drawings: Identify common air distribution and mechanical dampers on drawings, and adjust balance dampers accordingly
- Troubleshooting: Understand basic troubleshooting skills and apply them effectively
- Extended periods of driving or riding in a vehicle
- Occasional lifting of heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)
