HVAC TECHNICIAN (NORTH)

About the role

At Blauch Brothers, Inc., we're seeking an experienced HVAC technician to expand into the commercial side of the trade. With training, tools, and support, you'll gain valuable experience and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
• Commercial heating systems (gas & electric)
• VAV systems and commercial air handlers
• Digital temperature control systems
• Water source heat pumps and packaged units up to 100 tons

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service or maintenance
• Strong knowledge of residential systems, with a desire to grow into commercial HVAC
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel locally to job sites
• Team players who take pride in their work and want to mentor apprentices as they grow

Qualifications

• (Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card are a plus, but not required)

Schedule

• Full-time, 4-day work week (4x10s)
• 4-day weekend every other week
• Day shift work
• On-call rotation every ~8 weeks
• Overtime available as needed
• Weekend availability when required

Pay

• Competitive hourly rate: $28 – $40 per hour, depending on experience
