Job Summary

The Master HVAC Mechanic oversees HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently to industry and DOS standards. This role manages teams of HVAC technicians and leads projects to optimize facility comfort and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation and maintenance projects.

• Supervise HVAC technicians and schedule work to maximize efficiency.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex HVAC systems.

• Ensure compliance with industry codes, DOS standards, and contract requirements.

• Inspect, test, and document HVAC work and performance.

• Enforce safety protocols and procedures in all HVAC operations.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required.

• 5 years of experience.

• High school diploma required.

• Must possess valid Master HVAC License.

• Demonstrated expertise in HVAC codes, best practices, and team leadership.

• Must possess a valid Master Electrician License.

• Extensive knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and system operations.
