HVAC Technician/Maintenance

About the role

Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Technician / Maintenance to provide routine HVAC maintenance for our residential clients in Frederick and surrounding areas. To ensure your success, we provide a take-home company vehicle, tool account, and training. Schedule

The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month.

Pay & benefits

• Competitive salary of $50,000-$70,000/year including commissions and bonuses
• 50% of employees' health insurance paid by company

Qualifications

• Maryland HVAC apprentice license
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing
• Availability for after-hours emergency service according to the on-call schedule
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional presentation
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain things clearly in layman's terms
• Respectful of others and their property
• Motivated to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry
