About the role

Lincoln Tech is hiring licensed S1 or S2 HVAC Technicians to become instructors at their CT campuses. The role offers a 4-day work week with 3-day weekends, a comprehensive benefit package, and a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC systems through hands-on lab + classroom training
• Share real-world experience with students entering the field
• Mentor and support students toward certification and careers
• Help shape skilled technicians entering the workforce

Requirements

• S1 or S2 HVAC License (or close to obtaining)
• Minimum 3 years HVAC field experience
• Solid troubleshooting and installing knowledge
• Strong communication skills
