Lincoln Tech in East Windsor, CT is seeking licensed S1 or S2 HVAC Technicians to instruct in our HVAC program. Transition from fieldwork to shaping the next generation of technicians with a stable, predictable schedule and long weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC systems through hands-on lab and classroom training
• Share real-world experience with students entering the field
• Mentor and support students toward certification and careers
• Help shape skilled technicians entering the workforce

Requirements

• S1 or S2 HVAC License (or close to obtaining)
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience
• Solid troubleshooting and installation knowledge
• Strong communication skills
