HVAC Technician – Healthcare Facilities

Role Overview: An HVAC Technician responsible for supporting the Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team within a Healthcare & Medical Services network. Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and building automation systems.Ensure systems operate safely, reliably, and energy-efficiently in critical patient care areas.Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls.Interpret technical schematics and document work activities in the CMMS. Qualifications & Skills Technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and automation systems.Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.Strong documentation skills and familiarity with CMMS.Commitment to safety, reliability, and energy efficiency in healthcare settings.
