Responsibilities
- Maintaining and repairing complex mechanical systems including HVAC infrastructure across critical environments.
- Operating, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems including chillers, boilers, CRAC/CRAH units, and air handling units.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing minor plumbing systems including pumps, valves, and piping.
- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Utilizing Building Management Systems (BMS) such as Niagara Tridium, Siemens, or Johnson Controls to monitor and control environmental systems.
- Reading and interpreting mechanical, plumbing, and electrical diagrams to perform maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of total work experience, including 3+ years of direct experience in critical facility operations (data centers, hospitals, or similar environments).
- Ability to maintain a Secret clearance.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale mechanical systems, including chillers (300+ tons), boilers, or comparable equipment.
- Ability to obtain a Journeyman License within 90 days of employment.
- Must obtain EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of employment.
Compensation
Salary range: $50-58 an hour *depending on experience*
