HVAC Technician
What's the role?
In the HVAC Technician role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, follows safety standards, and enjoys working as part of a team.
What will I do day to day?
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment
- Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure work is completed safely and according to local codes
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work site
Required skills and qualifications:
- Previous HVAC Technician experience preferred, but not required
- Technical or trade school training is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and tools
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Schedule
Your schedule will start each day at your Baraboo, WI location and travel to job sites in company vehicles. This is a Monday–Friday role with usual hours between 7:00 AM and 3:30–5:30 PM, based on the day's schedule.
