HVAC Technician

About the role

We are seeking HVAC Service Technicians of all experience levels, from early-career to highly experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing system issues and recommending solutions
• Performing routine maintenance and inspections
• Ensuring all work meets safety and efficiency standards
• Troubleshooting complex problems and replacing components
• Educating customers on system operation and maintenance

Requirements

• Entry to Mid-Level Technician: 1-3 years of HVAC service experience, valid driver's license and insurable driving record, EPA Universal certification preferred but not required, NATE certification a plus
• Experienced Technician: 3+ years of HVAC service experience, valid driver's license and insurable driving record, EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License required, NATE certification a plus, experience training or mentoring others preferred

Qualifications

We hire at multiple experience levels-requirements vary accordingly:

Pay

We offer competitive pay based on experience:

• Entry to Mid-Level Techs: $20 - $27 hourly+ spiffs
• Experienced Techs: $27 - $48 hourly+ spiffs
