HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and existing ductwork in residential settings
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and provide effective solutions to repair them
• Communicate with clients to explain service options, provide estimates, and address any questions
• Maintain detailed records of services rendered and parts used during repairs and installations

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or installer
• Valid HVAC certifications
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, repairs, and installation procedures
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Physical capability to handle manuals labor and lift heavy equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in HVAC technology is a plus
