HVAC Technician
What's the Job?
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation of HVAC equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify optimal solutions for system modifications.
Lead tasks, assign responsibilities to team members, and ensure timely completion of duties.
Maintain documentation and records using CMMS systems and email communication tools.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting loads of 50 lbs or more.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
