Maintenance Technician

Within our HVAC technician branch, the Maintenance Technician department focuses on general maintenance and equipment evaluation to ensure the most efficient, reliable, and longest-lasting equipment possible. Maintenance technicians are responsible for self-management, ensuring their own and company-provided vehicles are on task and stocked. They communicate with homeowners to provide solutions for better efficiency, indoor air quality, and equipment life expectancy, and identify proactive repairs to maintain equipment reliability at the highest level.

• Self-manage tasks and vehicle stock
• Communicate with homeowners for better efficiency and indoor air quality
• Identify and perform proactive repairs
• Must complete our training program or equivalent
• Perform procedures safely and promptly

Service Technician

Our Service Technician department in Hudson, Eau Claire, and Menomonie offers a consistent workload and a variety of equipment maintenance. Team members enjoy being self-starters, often starting and ending their workday from home in a company-provided vehicle. They possess diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills, along with outstanding customer service and communication skills. Their days are filled with ever-changing circumstances and work environments, and they share information and advice with each other and younger technicians.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• Show excellent customer service and communication skills
• Work independently and manage tasks
• Provide instructions to homeowners on new equipment operation
• Collect payment from homeowners

Installer

Our Installation Technician positions in Hudson, Eau Claire, and Menomonie involve visiting one to two job sites daily and generally working in teams of two. Team members prepare for their jobs by fabricating ductwork, fittings, and loading up equipment, then manage themselves on-site to keep the work area clean and provide homeowners with instructions on new equipment operation. Positions are available regardless of experience level for those with a great attitude and work ethic and enjoy working with the latest equipment advancements.
