HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service residential HVAC systems throughout Southwest Houston and the surrounding areas.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Respond to daily residential service calls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, particularly during peak summer months.
  • Assist with HVAC installations and light commercial service projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians to troubleshoot complex issues and complete jobs efficiently.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating professionally and representing the company with integrity.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
  • EPA Certification, or the ability to obtain certification shortly after hire.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in high temperatures and managing a busy service schedule.
  • Dependable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support coworkers when needed.
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career.
