About the role

Responsible for training HVAC technicians and instructors in best practices and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for HVAC technicians and instructors.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or teaching.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Experience with HVAC training software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
