Responsible for training HVAC technicians and instructors in various technical skills and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for HVAC technicians and instructors.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on trainee performance.
- Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive training coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HVAC industry.
- Proven ability to teach and mentor others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and technologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
