About the role
A dynamic and experienced HVAC technician or instructor is needed to lead training programs and provide technical support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver HVAC training programs for various skill levels
- Provide hands-on technical support to facility maintenance staff
- Assist in the implementation of new HVAC technologies and systems
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to trainees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Valid HVAC certification
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
