About the role

The HVAC Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff
• Document system performance and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure system efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC technical support experience
• Proficiency in HVAC diagnostic tools and software
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Experience with HVAC diagnostic equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
