Responsibilities
- Handle technical support calls from internal and external service technicians, installers, customers, and sales staff.
- Process parts order calls and emails, including part lookup, identification, and order processing.
- Provide post-sales technical support, including equipment troubleshooting and applications assistance via phone and email.
- Maintain excellent customer service and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Log results of all calls into job service notes.
- Provide submittal drawings, wiring diagrams, installation recommendations, or other requested information.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure job completion and satisfaction.
- Approve and process warranty orders as needed.
- Complete special projects and training as requested by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC or Electrical knowledge (Commercial/Industrial experience preferred).
- Ability to thoroughly read electrical schematics.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- This is an in-office role, not remote.

Pay
Salary: $65,000–$95,000 base, negotiable dependent on experience, with additional monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
