What You Will Do
- Receives customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service.
- Schedules technicians to align with customer and service needs.
- Communicates the action plan and services to be provided directly to the customer.
- Ensures work meets customer expectations and follows up as needed.
- Answers customer inquiries and resolves or escalates issues.
- Debriefs activities daily.
- Provides daily schedules to technicians.
- Maintains consistent communication with technicians.
- Follows up on activities to ensure completion within a set timeframe.
- Maintains customer account information in NxGen.
- Schedules and manages preventive maintenance visits on time.
- Supports parts ordering and PO creation.
- Assists with start-up support.
- Manages Work In Progress (WIP).
- Reconciles exceptions (SIR and AP).
- Attends daily team huddles and weekly planning/scheduling meetings.
- Affords assistance with time and expense reporting.
- Reviews and corrects unassociated time for technicians' timesheets.
- Performs other duties and administrative activities as assigned.

- Handles multiple projects and tasks with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
- Prioritizes work based on financial impact and business goals.
- Influences diverse teams to achieve tasks and goals.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or scheduling.
- Ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with both internal and external clients.
- Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principles (preferred).
Preferred
- Associate degree.
