About the role
The HVAC Systems Educator at Lincoln Tech Institute is responsible for teaching HVAC systems courses to students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver curriculum for HVAC systems courses
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Participate in professional development activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC industry trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HVAC or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC education or industry
- Teaching certification preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to teach complex technical concepts
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards
