About the role

Responsibilities
- Designing HVAC systems for new and existing buildings
- Ensuring systems meet energy efficiency standards and comply with local building codes
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams
- Performing calculations and simulations to optimize system performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC design
- Proficiency in HVAC software such as AutoCAD, EnergyPlus, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Understanding of sustainable design principles
- Experience with commissioning and testing HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC design software
- Strong understanding of building automation systems

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
