HVAC Specialist- DFW Airport

Job Duties / General Requirements

• Maintain and service commercial grade HVAC equipment, including unitary products up to 50-ton package units, boilers, chillers, control valves, heat exchangers & evaporative coolers.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and systems at customer’s location to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
• Document work by accurately completing paperwork and maintaining files.
• Discuss service opportunities with account salespeople to expand business.
• Enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company issued and procured assets.
• Work overtime, on-call rotation, weekends, and occasional overnight stays as required by the business.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and frequently lift up to 30 lbs.
• Possess a valid driver's license and EPA license.
