What You’ll Be Doing
- Install HVAC systems in residential settings
- Prepare all materials, tools, and equipment before each installation
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical specifications
- Install and configure furnaces, condensers, air handlers, and ductwork
- Fabricate and install ductwork for proper airflow and efficiency
- Install thermostats, controls, and electrical components
- Perform system inspections and ensure compliance with local and state codes
- Educate customers on system operation and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle
- Promote membership programs and help generate positive customer reviews
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA 608 certification preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Pride in clean, quality work
- Ability to read plans and follow technical specifications
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
