HVAC Service Technician - WCA

Responsibilities
- Perform residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and repairs
- Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams
- Accurately complete service invoices and job documentation (100% accuracy)
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Use ServiceTitan (or similar software) to manage work orders and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your career
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required to drive company vehicle
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Qualifications
- Preferred (but not required): EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II required; Universal preferred)
- NATE Certifications (Core + specialties) preferred, not required
Skills
- Proficiency with basic HVAC tools
