HVAC Service Technician / Sales Rep

About the role

Responsible for providing HVAC service and sales support in the local area. Duties include diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems, installing new equipment, and assisting customers with maintenance plans.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
• Install new HVAC equipment
• Aid customers with maintenance plans and service requests
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with industry standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC installation and/or service
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in using common HVAC diagnostic tools

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
