About the role

Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves diagnosing HVAC systems, providing options and pricing for repairs, ordering parts, collecting payments, and ensuring compliance with local and national codes. Additionally, the technician will mentor HVAC Installers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system
• Give customers options and pricing for repairs
• Order parts for install purposes
• Collect payment upon completion
• Ensure quality work meets local and national codes
• Mentor HVAC Installers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
• EPA Universal certification required
• NATE certification preferred
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail
• Able to follow directions and work independently
