HVAC Service Technician - Commercial Journeyman

Serving metro St. Louis, southern Illinois, central Illinois, and central Missouri since 1948. We specialize in the care and maintenance of commercial facilities, delivering comprehensive mechanical solutions including service, maintenance, design, building, and installation of custom HVAC systems.

About the role

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on various commercial HVAC equipment and systems. Operate scissors and genie lifts safely, and work from 28' extension ladders and 12' step ladders.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of boilers and commercial HVAC systems
• Deliver professional and responsive customer support to ensure client satisfaction
• Communicate technical skill gaps and training recommendations to the Service Manager to support team development

Requirements

• 5+ years commercial HVAC service experience
• St. Louis County Journeyman License, or willingness to obtain once employed
• EPA Universal Certification
• Possesses industry tools needed
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications (Desired)

• Certification of completion from an HVAC technical school / 2-year degree
• Daikin and/or Mitsubishi VRF/VRV Certified
• Chiller Maintenance experience
• Walk-in cooler service and maintenance experience

Pay

$40.00 - $48.40 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

• Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm
• Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
