About the role
Responsible for managing payroll processes, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and ensure accuracy in payroll calculations.
- Administer health, dental, and retirement plans according to company policy and legal requirements.
- Oversee compliance with federal and state labor laws, including overtime regulations and minimum wage standards.
- Prepare and file required tax forms and reports on time.
- Communicate with employees regarding their benefits and provide guidance on HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR or payroll administration.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data management.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
