HVAC Service Technician

About the role

Responsible for managing payroll processes, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records and ensure accuracy in payroll calculations.
• Administer health, dental, and retirement plans according to company policy and legal requirements.
• Oversee compliance with federal and state labor laws, including overtime regulations and minimum wage standards.
• Prepare and file required tax forms and reports on time.
• Communicate with employees regarding their benefits and provide guidance on HR policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR or payroll administration.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data management.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
