Responsibilities
- Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems - reheat coils, air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
- Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Professionalism, taking pride in work and appearance
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
Qualifications
- Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test

Pay
Average take-home of $70K-$140K+ annually with uncapped performance compensation
