Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company protocols
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations about their HVAC systems, identifying potential improvements, upgrades, or repairs
  • Identify and present HVAC product and service recommendations based on customer needs and system analysis
  • Close sales for system upgrades, new equipment installations, and preventative maintenance plans
  • Establish rapport and trust with customers by offering tailored solutions, handling objections with professionalism, and providing clear, honest advice
  • Generate new business opportunities through customer referrals, follow-ups, and actively seeking potential service or upgrade opportunities while on the job
  • Work closely with our dispatch and sales teams to ensure timely scheduling and seamless follow-up on leads or job opportunities
  • Maintain high standards of technical service while meeting and exceeding personal sales goals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • EPA Certification
  • 3+ years of HVAC Service experience
  • Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
  • Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
  • Assertive and confident personality
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Commitment to company values
  • Ability to climb into and through attics and crawl spaces
  • Ability to work outside and in extreme temperatures
  • Clean driving record
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable & punctual attendance
  • Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language

  • Service Titan experience preferred

Pay

$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule

7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)

Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
