Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company protocols
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations about their HVAC systems, identifying potential improvements, upgrades, or repairs
- Identify and present HVAC product and service recommendations based on customer needs and system analysis
- Close sales for system upgrades, new equipment installations, and preventative maintenance plans
- Establish rapport and trust with customers by offering tailored solutions, handling objections with professionalism, and providing clear, honest advice
- Generate new business opportunities through customer referrals, follow-ups, and actively seeking potential service or upgrade opportunities while on the job
- Work closely with our dispatch and sales teams to ensure timely scheduling and seamless follow-up on leads or job opportunities
- Maintain high standards of technical service while meeting and exceeding personal sales goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- EPA Certification
- 3+ years of HVAC Service experience
- Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
- Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
- Assertive and confident personality
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately
- Commitment to company values
- Ability to climb into and through attics and crawl spaces
- Ability to work outside and in extreme temperatures
- Clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable & punctual attendance
- Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language

Pay
$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule
7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)
Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
