About the Role
As a Senior HVAC Service Technician you will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, or educate customers on the options available to them, while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on their HVAC systems and offer solutions.
- Participate in continuing training to grow professionally.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Keep your truck clean and inventory up to date.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, your manager, and coordinators.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Be punctual for first calls and weekly service meetings.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company auto insurance.
- EPA certification.
- Commitment to year‑round stability.
Pay
Up to $150,000 per year, or more.
