About the role

Full-time, year-round HVAC work with a 4-day work week and no on-call rotation.

Pay

$65,000 - $110,000 per year. Earning potential over $120,000/year based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces
