HVAC Service Tech

About the role

Pelles Heating & Cooling Services in Mars, PA is looking for a full-time HVAC Service Tech to join our growing team. This position works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with an on-call schedule and potential overtime opportunities available.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• NATE Certification is a plus
• Experience with boilers and oil furnaces is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose heating and cooling issues
• Perform repairs that restore comfort and efficiency
• Complete preventative maintenance to help avoid costly breakdowns
• Ensure HVAC systems operate at peak performance
• Service existing equipment and provide reliable solutions for customers
• Lead installation projects that meet high standards for quality workmanship
