About the role
Pelles Heating & Cooling Services in Mars, PA is looking for a full-time HVAC Service Tech to join our growing team. This position works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with an on-call schedule and potential overtime opportunities available.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of HVAC experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- NATE Certification is a plus
- Experience with boilers and oil furnaces is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to diagnose heating and cooling issues
- Perform repairs that restore comfort and efficiency
- Complete preventative maintenance to help avoid costly breakdowns
- Ensure HVAC systems operate at peak performance
- Service existing equipment and provide reliable solutions for customers
- Lead installation projects that meet high standards for quality workmanship
