What's the Scope?

Position-Specific Benefits
- Take-home van with paid drive time
- Participation in most locally offered training
- Optional farm projects in slower seasons to help keep your hours up (otherwise, some weeks may be under 40)
- Paid drive time included with your take-home van
Work Schedule
- Varying shifts within business hours
- Overtime available
- Peak season: ~50 hours (including occasional Saturdays)
- Slow season: optional farm projects to maintain hours (without them, some weeks may be under 40)
What's Required?
- 5 years of HVAC repair & installation
- Valid driver's license
- Own tools
- Consistent first-call repair results
- Repair-first role; not a pure sales job (sales only if needed)
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable with texting and basic computer skills
- Ability to work, troubleshoot, and perform jobs with minimal supervision
- Flexible with hours - ready to stay late to finish when required
- Ability to work the occasional Saturday in peak season
