Responsibilities

• Review calls and head to residential and light commercial furnace calls
• Diagnose and make repairs with quality parts from a well-stocked truck
• Provide clear estimates and explain options
• Keep notes tight, inventory accurate, and communication simple
• Fix systems and leave customers relieved without pressure pitches

Requirements

• 5 years of HVAC repair & installation
• Valid driver's license
• Own tools
• Consistent first-call repair results
• Repair-first role; not a pure sales job (sales only if needed)

Qualifications

• Comfortable with texting and basic computer skills
• Ability to work, troubleshoot, and perform jobs with minimal supervision
• Flexible with hours - ready to stay late to finish when required
• Able to work the occasional Saturday in peak season
