HVAC Service Supervisor

About the role

Expert Services - Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Manager to join their customer service team in Orem, UT. The role offers a competitive salary range from $85,000 to $150,000/year, plus commission and bonus opportunities, with a flexible, hybrid schedule allowing remote work from home.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine HVAC department processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Train new and current technicians to ensure they meet high standards of service.
• Perform quality control inspections at job sites to maintain excellence in service delivery.
• Engage directly with clients to assess HVAC needs and sell appropriate systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC field, with EPA and/or NATE certification.
• Strong communication and writing skills, with residential service experience preferred.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include writing and sales experience, though not required.
