HVAC Service Supervisor

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the service department
• Develop and monitor schedules
• Technical training and mentoring junior technicians
• Maintain communication between management, field staff, and clients
• Ensure high levels of quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High level of technical skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• At least 10 years of experience in HVAC or heating oil industries
• Results-oriented and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to advise clients and delegate tasks
• Experience in managing and improving departmental metrics

Pay

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule

Flexible hours available, with a pay differential bonus for working off-hours.
