Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of HVAC technicians.
- Provide support and guidance to ensure they operate at peak performance and adhere to company standards.
- Provide hands-on technical support to field technicians, assisting with complex service issues and repairs as needed.
- Evaluate technicians' performance.
- Implement regular training to enhance technical skills and quality of work.
- Oversee service calls to ensure efficient and timely responses to customers.
- Ensure that all technicians comply with safety regulations, codes and standards while completing jobs.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, service requests, and project statuses.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC field experience with proven strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high volume and sales driven environment.
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
