HVAC Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of HVAC technicians.
• Provide support and guidance to ensure they operate at peak performance and adhere to company standards.
• Provide hands-on technical support to field technicians, assisting with complex service issues and repairs as needed.
• Evaluate technicians' performance.
• Implement regular training to enhance technical skills and quality of work.
• Oversee service calls to ensure efficient and timely responses to customers.
• Ensure that all technicians comply with safety regulations, codes and standards while completing jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, service requests, and project statuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC field experience with proven strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high volume and sales driven environment.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
