• Ensure top-notch service, resolve concerns quickly, and foster long-term customer relationships.
• Own team KPIs and develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• Recruit HVAC talent, design training programs, and promote ongoing skill-building and career development.

Requirements

• Proven experience building, leading, and motivating teams
• Background in HVAC (required)
• Strong track record of exceeding sales and operational efficiency goals
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• Passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence
