Responsibilities
- Oversee and empower HVAC technicians while cultivating a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
- Ensure top-notch service, resolve concerns quickly, and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Own team KPIs and develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Recruit HVAC talent, design training programs, and promote ongoing skill-building and career development.
Requirements
- Proven experience building, leading, and motivating teams
- Background in HVAC (required)
- Strong track record of exceeding sales and operational efficiency goals
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence
