About the role

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service. Family-owned & operated, we are a full-service HVAC, plumbing, & electrical company serving central PA. As the first and only Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer in Clinton County, we focus on educating our customers and offering expert guidance tailored to their HVAC needs.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of technicians and maintaining service schedules
• Overseeing training and development ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policy
• Ensuring timely completion of HVAC service requests
• Maintaining customer relations
• Handling daily billing and warranty claims
• Ordering parts and finalizing technicians' estimates
• Ensuring all vehicles are stocked
• Conducting performance reviews of technicians

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3+ years of related experience and/or training in management in a service industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of HVAC industry knowledge
• Strong computer skills & MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Service Titan software experience is a plus
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team of technicians
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions and team collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing service schedules, reports, and inventory
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay

$55,000 - $80,000 salary DOE + performance bonus structure

Schedule

Monday through Friday | 40+ hours weekly | overtime as required
