Comfort Heroes is looking for an HVAC Service Manager who adapts well to changes in priority at a moment's notice, is a good problem solver, and can keep teammates motivated while building confidence and team comradery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of 7+ employees and lead a team
• Monitor financial goals and hold yourself accountable to the goals you set
• Utilize strong customer service skills, sales ability, and resourcefulness
• Diagnose problems and make recommendations to fix them

• Experience overseeing a group of 7+ employees and leading a team
• Proficient computer skills and detail oriented
• Familiar with HVAC service offerings
• Strong customer service skills as well as sales ability and resourcefulness
