Responsibilities

• Provide HVAC services including repairs, replacements, installs, and maintaining/upgrading HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, startup, and preventative maintenance on equipment while adhering to standardized procedures.
• Communicate with customers, dispatchers, and managers to set expectations, address job challenges, ensure material availability, and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Eight plus (8+) years’ experience in construction-specific tasks.
• Total and complete understanding of all aspects of the specific trade.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Post-secondary education or apprenticeship preferred.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience in HVAC is mandatory.

Work Schedule

The core hours for the HVAC SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
