Collin Air Conditioning has been serving homeowners in Plano and surrounding Collin County communities for more than 40 years. We're a family-owned company focused on quality service, strong customer relationships, and taking care of the technicians who represent us in the field. We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose and repair residential systems and provide homeowners with a professional service experience.

Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
On-call participation is flexible and can be discussed based on your preferences and experience.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and determine appropriate repairs
- Complete service and repair work accurately and efficiently
- Perform maintenance and system evaluations
- Explain findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners
- Maintain a professional customer experience from arrival through completion of the call
- Follow company standards for quality, safety, and workmanship
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience required
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Own standard HVAC hand tools
- Ability to work independently in residential settings
NATE certification is a plus.
