Responsibilities
- Build trust fast and guide homeowners to the right heating and cooling solutions.
- Diagnose issues and knock out light repairs on the spot.
- Hand off sold equipment to our install team — you sell it, they run it.
- Show up sharp and professional — our brand matters.
- Complete quality checks to make sure customers are thrilled.
- Tackle side tasks with confidence and pride.
Requirements
- 1+ year of HVAC experience (residential preferred).
- Valid driver's license.
- 18+ years old.
- Proven sales / selling experience in residential HVAC.
- Brought energy, accountability, and a get-after-it mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, always-improving environment.
- Hungry to learn and level up.
- Boiler experience = BIG bonus.
- Strong communicator with both teammates and homeowners.
Compensation
- 20% commission on services you sell and complete.
- 8-12% commission on equipment you sell that others install (yes, you can discount).
- 5% commission on leads you pass that get completed by others (all 3 trades).
- Up to $50 per membership signup.
- 1-5% commission on tech-generated cross-trade leads (plumbing/drains/electrical).
- Paid hourly pay option available.
