Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate new customer qualified sales leads by identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling, organizational affiliations, referrals, mailers, social media, etc.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
- Identify, assess, and initiate contact with potential customers
- Conduct high volume prospecting to be defined to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media
- Schedule opportunity leads/assessments and discovery meetings for Sales Representatives to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with Lor-Mar
- Maintain and enter activity and campaign effectiveness through the CRM system
Qualifications including Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Energetic, goal driven, motivated, and possess drive necessary to develop new business relationships
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, organization, and customer communication
- Positive attitude and a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment
- Experience with utilizing a CRM
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Pay
Base salary starting from $65,000 plus commission. First year OTE $100,000-110,000+
