HVAC Sales Representative

About the role

Alber Service Company of Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a full-time HVAC Sales Representative to conduct in-home energy audits, generate audit reports, and present proposals with recommendations developed through custom software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home energy audits
• Generate audit reports
• Present proposals with recommendations
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions
• Maintain skills and knowledge through ongoing education
• Build strong customer relationships
• Work flexible hours including some Saturdays and evenings

Qualifications

• Competent understanding of home construction
• Relevant and applicable HVAC and/or insulation experience
• MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Dependable transportation
• Current driver's license and good driving record
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Certifications such as NATE and BPI, and knowledge of hydronics are a plus
• A positive attitude contributing to high company morale
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Effective communicator
• Present oneself professionally

Benefits

Company-provided leads, a company vehicle, laptop, and sales materials. Salary range: $80,000 to $120,000 annually.
