About the role

Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating in Redlands, CA is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person to join us as a full-time HVAC Sales Rep. This is an entry-level opportunity to profit off of your charisma and charm with a team that values you.

Responsibilities

• Assist homeowners in the Inland Empire area with finding the best heating and cooling solutions for their properties
• Ask the right questions to accurately determine the client's needs and recommend the appropriate products or services
• Provide accurate estimates for the client by surveying the residence and its layout, recording the square footage, and making note of the current heating and cooling system's condition
• Find a balance between offering a fair price to the client and turning a profit for the company

Requirements

• Ability to generate leads and close sales
• Willingness to learn about our heating and cooling products and services
• People person who can effectively communicate with a wide variety of potential customers
• Flexible problem solver able to adapt your approach depending on the specific client
• "Can-do" attitude and unafraid of the word "no"

Pay

Estimated $90,000+ per year, depending on performance.

Schedule

Generally 6 - 8 hours per day with some weekend and evening hours required.
