The Big Task
Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth while ensuring every customer receives a professional, solution-focused, and exceptional experience.
Key Sub Tasks
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop HVAC comfort advisors and sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Set clear sales targets, monitor KPIs, and hold the team accountable to results
- Ride along with sales team members to provide in-field coaching, feedback, and ongoing development
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring consistent execution and a high standard of customer experience
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and dispatch teams to align lead flow, installation capacity, and revenue goals
- Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and strategic planning
- Ensure all proposals, financing options, and system recommendations are accurate, ethical, and aligned with company standards
Requirements
- Desired Skills and Experience: A driven leader with a proven track record in HVAC or in-home sales, combining strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of the sales process and a passion for developing others.
- Required Skills: Minimally 5 years of experience managing sales teams, analyzing performance metrics, and driving consistent revenue growth. Strong communication, coaching, and strategic thinking skills are essential.
