HVAC Sales / Comfort Advisor

About the Role

Total Air Service in Willis, TX is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Sales / Comfort Advisor to generate leads and evaluate the HVAC needs of our residential customers. This sales representative position is 100% commission-based - 60k-100k / commission with a paid training period.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home comfort surveys to ensure we meet our clients' wants and needs while still meeting the minimum budgeted sales as determined by management's plan
• Convert prospects into satisfied owners of new air conditioning and heating systems using exceptional marketing skills
• Arrive early to appointments and follow up with prospects promptly
• Complete financing paperwork and collect cash payments in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Thorough understanding of accounting and finance
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• HVAC industry-specific experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to easily build rapport
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well with others
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Patient, professional, and friendly with all clients and staff
• Excel at marketing

Schedule

This marketing position typically works 40+ hours per week and up to 12 hours per day.
